Terms of Service for Al Bidaar Studio Games

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and Al Bidaar Studio, a mobile entertainment division of Al Bidaar Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, launching, or playing our mobile games available on the Google Play Store, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or play our games.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All titles, game software, source code, game mechanics, 3D models, 2D artwork, character designs, animations, sound effects, musical compositions, storylines, UI layouts, logos, and trademarks associated with our games are the exclusive property of Al Bidaar Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Al Bidaar Studio. You do not acquire any ownership interest, title, or intellectual property rights in the games or any associated assets.

3. Limited License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Al Bidaar Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute one copy of our games on your compatible Android device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Player Conduct & Fair Play

We strive to maintain a fair, competitive, and enjoyable environment for all players. When playing our titles, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Cheats & Exploits: Use, deploy, or distribute cheats, memory injectors (such as GameGuardian or Cheat Engine), automated bots, auto-clickers, hacks, or intentionally exploit unpatched game bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, unpack, or attempt to derive the source code or asset packs of any game binary or APK file.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Modify, re-package, distribute, or host modded APKs, cracked builds, or private server clones of our games on third-party repositories.
• Commercial Exploitation: Rent, sell, lease, transfer, or commercially exploit in-game accounts, digital currency, or virtual goods to other players for real money.
• Harassment & Abuse: Use offensive, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or abusive player handles, usernames, or chat messages targeting other members of the gaming community.

5. In-App Purchases & Billing

Our games may be offered as free-to-play with optional in-app purchases (IAP) such as currency packs, character unlocks, cosmetic skins, or ad-removal passes:

• Google Play Billing Processing: All in-app purchase transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play Store billing. Al Bidaar Studio never stores or manages your financial or credit card data.
• Finality of Purchases: Except as required by Google Play Store Refund Policies or local consumer protection laws, all in-app purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once completed.
• Parental Supervision: If you allow a minor child to use your device, you are responsible for supervising purchases. We strongly recommend enabling Google Play's biometric or password authentication for every in-app transaction on your Android device.

6. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Our games may include virtual currencies (such as coins, gems, or stars) and virtual goods (such as vehicles, weapons, skins, or power-ups):

• No Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual items and currencies represent a limited software license element and possess no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
• Game Balancing Adjustments: We reserve the right to regulate, balance, alter, reprice, or eliminate virtual items and economy parameters at any time as required for game health and fair play.

7. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

Our games may display third-party advertisements served by ad networks such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads:

• Third-Party Content: Advertisements may include links or redirects to third-party mobile applications, web stores, or websites. Al Bidaar Studio does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or goods promoted by external advertisers.
• Player Discretion: Interacting with third-party advertisers or making purchases on their sites is strictly at your own risk and subject to the terms of those external parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

AL BIDAAR STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, COMPATIBILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GAMEPLAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE ON ALL HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AL BIDAAR STUDIO, AL BIDAAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GAMES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) DIRECTLY TO AL BIDAAR STUDIO THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES WITHIN THE PRECEDING THREE (3) MONTHS.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our games, leaderboards, or online features at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulated in-game telemetry, or infringed upon intellectual property rights.

You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling our games from your mobile device and discontinuing all use of our services.

11. Updates, Balance Patches & Changes

We constantly work to optimize our games, introduce new gameplay levels, fix software bugs, and balance mechanics. You acknowledge that:

• We may push software updates, patches, or modifications automatically via the Google Play Store.
• Older Android operating system versions or legacy hardware configurations may eventually become unsupported as modern Android APIs evolve.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, the updated terms will be posted directly to this URL with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
